Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Rencana is a digital subscription service developed by Aizztech. Because Rencana is a non-tangible digital product delivered immediately on purchase, it is not eligible for the traditional "physical goods" return process. This page explains how refunds and cancellations work for Rencana subscriptions.
All Rencana subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through your App Store account. Aizztech does not store your payment card data and cannot directly process refunds on Apple's behalf — refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
2. Refund eligibility
Apple's Media Services Terms & Conditions govern refunds for purchases made through the App Store. In most regions, you can request a refund within a reasonable window after purchase if:
- You were charged for a subscription you did not intend to buy.
- The app failed to deliver the feature you paid for due to a technical issue.
- You were charged after attempting to cancel.
- An accidental purchase was made by a family member or minor on your device.
Eligibility, refund windows, and decisions are made entirely at Apple's discretion based on the laws of your country of residence.
3. How to request a refund from Apple
You can request a refund directly from Apple in any of the following ways:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Select Request a refund.
- Choose the reason that best matches your situation.
- Select the Rencana subscription or in-app purchase and submit.
On iPhone or iPad, you can also tap your name in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find Rencana, and use Report a Problem.
4. How to cancel your subscription
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the current billing period. You will keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Select Rencana.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If you do not see Rencana in your subscriptions list, it has likely already expired or was cancelled.
5. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, using the steps in section 4. Trials may be limited to one per Apple ID or family group.
6. Auto-renewal
Rencana subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewals are charged to your Apple ID at the price displayed at the time of renewal.
7. Promotional offers
Promotional pricing, intro offers, and discounts apply for the period stated at checkout and revert to the standard price afterwards. Promotional periods are non-transferable and not refundable for cash.
8. Issues caused by Aizztech
If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing a feature you paid for, contact us first at contact@aizztech.com with:
- The Apple ID email used to purchase Rencana.
- The date and approximate time of the purchase.
- A short description of the issue and any screenshots.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If the issue is on our side and cannot be resolved, we will assist you in filing a refund request with Apple.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country, including statutory cooling-off or cancellation rights for digital content where applicable.
