Belanje Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Belanje offers two optional paid subscriptions, Belanje Plus and Belanje Pro, that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are digital goods purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by Aizztech. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.
2. Billing & renewal
- Subscriptions are charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- They renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the plan's then-current price.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid period:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Belanje → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Belanje → Cancel.
4. Refunds
Because subscriptions are processed by Apple and Google, refunds are handled by them under their respective policies, and Aizztech generally cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases.
- Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: request a refund through Google Play or the Play Store's order history.
If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing problem, contact us at contact@aizztech.com and we will do our best to help, including liaising with the store where appropriate.
5. Price changes
We may change subscription pricing. Any change applies only to future billing periods, and where required we (or the app store) will notify you in advance so you can decide whether to continue.
